Need help fixing, troubleshooting or resolving problems with Mac OS X?
I've written a Mac OS X troubleshooting book (PDF) for anyone who is looking
after a small or medium size network of Macs in a production enviroment, or for anyone who just needs a bit more help maintaining & deploying Mac OS X.
The Book covers 10.5 & 10.6 specifically, however the principals apply to any version of Mac OS X when it comes to what steps to take when troubleshooting,
backing up or transferring data.
Specific chapters cover start up and hard drive problems, concise troubleshooting advice,
fixing common hardware issues, transferring or backing up data, basic setting up a Mac OS X (10.6) server and configuring a router,
as well as networking assistance and discussing some good basic security.
